Ski Jumper from Switzerland Wins First Gold, Tragic Death Greets Vancouver Winter Olympics

The first gold medal up for grab in the Vancouver Winter Olympics, was annexed by Swiss Simon Annana, who captured the normal hill ski jump over Poland’s Adan Malysz and Austria’s Gregor Schierenzaver.
