UFL opens first Football League in the Philippines

Basketball, billiards and boxing are sports that is truly prominent closest in the hearts of Filipinos. The UFL launches its first division that is beefed up by the first crop of professionals football players showing there finesse and versatility with the sports in the first ever competitive tournament held in the country.
The league which will run through the middle of May, boasts of the finest football club in the Metro Manila, slugging it out in the double round robin format. The format will enable football fans enjoy hardly-fought matches throughout the the league’s games in the months ahead.
Three formidable clubs from AFP, Kaya Digiprint, Union Rudy Project, Green Archers United, Loyola ATR KimEng and Mendiola Egames are entered in the league to provide non-stop kicking action, mesmerizing plays and excitement.
